So you think you can dance?

After many requests, here's the link to see our first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Hansen...I promise there's only a couple seconds of the typical (some may call it boring) first dance stuff! Enjoy:)

Jaws V

Before we went to Hawaii we decided to go shark cage diving. Why...not really sure? Maybe a couple neurons snapped during all the wedding planning. Nevertheless, after letting out a sharp scream when I first looked in the water and saw the cage surrounded by sharks, I really enjoyed it. We were in the water for about 30min and the cage was surrounded by about 20 shark. The sharks also got a little show though. When I first got in, I must've been a little distracted because a few minutes into it, I looked down and saw that my swimsuit top came untied and I was completely flashing everyone...lovely! Christian, on the other hand, wasn't scared at all and even swam down to the bottom of the cage and touched one of the sharks.

Our honeymoon was everything, but long enough. I'm already back to work and suddenly the whole wedding planning thing seems really appealing. We had the best time in Hawaii. We traded our timeshare for a week at the Marriott Ko'olina on Oahu. One of the coolest things was that it was whale season, so you could actually sit on the beach and see whales breaching out of the water. We laid by the pool most of the week, but we did have a couple adventures while on the island. We spent one day on the North Shore. Christian surfed with his brother Doug at Sunset. I lasted for about 2 minutes and then sat on the beach and tried not to think about the enormous waves they were trying to surf. We then went shark diving and grabbed shaved ice in Haleiwa. We finished the day with an amazing meal Doug prepared and then went to the night show at the Polynesian Cultural Center!

The Countdown is OVER!!!

I'm now Mrs. Hansen and couldn't be happier. It's been a crazy last couple weeks. I thought I'd have more time for things like blogging before the wedding, but planning a wedding turned out to be a lot more work than I anticipated. It all went off without a hitch...or maybe there was one "hitch"! (corny joke provided by my grandpa).

I wish I had the photographer's photos, but I won't get the digital negatives for awhile. In the meantime, to see a slide show of the big day, you can go to:
