40 degree water didn't stop Christian from spear fishing and scuba diving. Christian, Mike, Greg, and Guy all went to Monterey to dive while Madeleine, Mary, and I grabbed lunch and went shopping. I'd call it a fair trade.

definitely fair, especially since they look like loonies in all their gear, not to mention it's February!!!
My husband and I live in Monterey and that water is crazy cold! They are nuts! But on another note, I hear Monterey is one of the best places to scuba dive.
oh gross. i hate cold water. i won't even go in when it's like 90 degrees outside, let alone like 50!
